Delivery Information:

Packaging Methods: All records or cds are dispatched in strong mailing envelopes or cardboard mailing boxes for larger orders. Deliverys can take upto 2 weeks depending on if we have to order in any records for suppliers in Europe or USA.

Standard UK Delivery:

This is the basic service offered using Royal Mail 1st class or Standard Parcels service. The item will not be signed for and compensation for any losses is only available up to £39. This service is therefore not recommended for orders over £39.

UK Recorded Delivery:

This service requires a signature on delivery. Compensation for any loss is only available up to £39. This service is therefore not recommended for orders over £39.

UK Special Delivery:

This is the most reliable method to receive your record(s) and offers compensation for any losses up to £500. A signature will be needed upon delivery.

Airmail:

This is the basic overseas service offered using Royal Mail. The item will not be signed for and compensation for any losses is only available up to £39. This service is therefore not recommended for orders over £39.

International Signed for:

We offer two services for this depending on the level of insurance you require. Both services require a signature on delivery. The lower price band provides compensation up to £39. The higher price band up to £500. We therefore recommend choosing the second option for all overseas orders worth over £500.

If you choose to have your order delivered by a method that does not offer sufficient compensation to cover the total value of the order and the order is not delivered, we can only seek compensation up to the level of the service paid for.

Returns Policy:

If you are not happy with the Goods supplied due to misgrading a full refund will be supplied providing we are notified within 7 days of receipt.

In the event of dissatisfaction please notify us by e-mail using the contact us form within 7 days of receipt of the Goods describing the problem. We will acknowledge your complaint and ask you to return the Goods supplied.

Postage is not refundable on returned goods.
